My logo is not in the right format. What should I do?
Send what you have: PDF, a sharp photo, an old business card. We will tell you whether the file works. If not, we can redraw it before printing; this service then appears on the quote.
What is a proof?
The proof shows your order before production: layout, colours, size, logo position. You approve it in writing. Nothing is produced before that approval.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, technique and quantity. The lead time is written on your quote. If something unexpected happens, we tell you before the deadline, never after.
Do you deliver outside Douala?
Yes, across Cameroon and to the Central African Republic. Delivery terms and costs are shown on the quote.
Embroidery or printing for my garments?
Embroidery is durable and premium, ideal for polo shirts and caps. Printing suits large artwork and big T-shirt runs. The guide on the Apparel page explains each technique.
